This is the episode all about keeping your mouth shut! Well Brad Burud and Blake Friars are also not very good at that. We say dumb stuff all the time….Just not sure we go to the extent that Jeremy Roenick did. John Tortorella also has a hard time keeping his mouth shut, but damn Blake and I agreed 100% with him. He is the most entertaining guy out there. These comments could cost a job if your Roenick and will cost a fine for Torts. Its all on this episode along with a barrage of NHL news as we go AROUND THE NHL – Ovie the All-Star, Scary Wilson, Devils, Leafs Injuries, Holtby, GOALS/GOALS/GOALS, Kreider, Price and World Junior Roundup. The 2020 World Junior Hockey Championships are underway and pressure, expectations and pressure are at a high. Immature behavior is also on full alert. Team Canada Barrett Hayton took it to a new level when he refused to remove his helmet during the Russian national anthem. Yes I know he was upset because of the 6-0 crushing Canada had just suffered, but that is no excuse. Inside Edge Hockey News Brad Burud gives his take on the most recent act of immaturity on the big stage that is the World Juniors.

The Toronto Maple Leafs finally have things rolling.  This week they jump seven spots into the #8 rank spot.  The Washington Capitals continue to hold the top spot with the St. Louis Blues close behind.  Philadelphia jumps five spots and a 7-3 record in the past ten has the Montreal Canadiens on the move up.  Look out for Pittsburgh as they move into the top five and Columbus has put a nice run together.  On the negative, the Sharks have dived downward with a 1-7-2 record in their last ten games, and the Golden Knights have also dropped seven spots.
