Listen to “The Instigator – Episode 37 – Hayton’s Helmet Fiasco Very Disappointing” on Spreaker.
The 2020 World Junior Hockey Championships are underway and pressure, expectations and pressure are at a high. Immature behavior is also on full alert. Team Canada Barrett Hayton took it to a new level when he refused to remove his helmet during the Russian national anthem. Yes I know he was upset because of the 6-0 crushing Canada had just suffered, but that is no excuse. Inside Edge Hockey News Brad Burud gives his take on the most recent act of immaturity on the big stage that is the World Juniors.
