Tampa Bay still holds the top spot with Washington close behind.  The red hot Vancouver Canucks fans jump four spots to 6.  Five straight wins and a 7-3-0 in their past 10 games will do that.  Pacific Division rivals the Calgary Flames jump four spots to make things interesting.  Toronto and Columbus are teams on the move as they jump three spots.  A four pack of teams who have been very mediocre of late have fallen three spots.  Colorado, NY Islanders, Carolina and Philadelphia are moving the wrong way.
