Brock Boeser scored twice to help the Canucks improve to 7-3-0 (14 points) on the road this season. Elias notes that Vancouver earned seven wins through its first 10 road games for the fifth time in franchise history (last in 2014-15: 7-3-0).

Boeser has scored in four consecutive games (6-0—6) and ranks first among rookies in both goals (11) and points (11-10-21) this season. He became just the third Canucks rookie in the last 25 seasons to record at least one goal in four consecutive team games.

Clayton Keller collected two assists and Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored the game-winning goal on a power-play late in the second period to help the Coyotes snap the Maple Leafs’ win streak at six games and earn their third straight victory. Arizona improved to 7-0-1 in their last eight road games against Toronto dating to Jan. 14, 2006 (TOR: 1-5-2).

Keller has registered 11-9—20 this season (23 GP) and moved past Islanders forward Mathew Barzal (4-15—19 in 20 GP) to reclaim the rookie scoring lead.  Since making his League debut on Oct. 9, 2010, Ekman-Larsson leads all NHL defensemen with 26 game-winning goals and ranks second with 42 power-play goals (Shea Weber: 64).
