Hockey jerseys are some of the most iconic sporting goods on the planet.  Hockey fans collect them and love to represent their team by wearing them.  The colors are vibrant and exciting.  It is also very intriguing to know why players choose certain numbers.  There is a limitation to what the NHL allows teams and players to do to their jerseys. This video goes into Section 3, Rule 9 of the NHL rule book.
