NHL UNVEILS NEW, CUTTING-EDGE REEBOK JERSEYS TO BE WORN BY LEAGUE’S TOP STARS DURING 2015 HONDA NHL® ALL-STAR GAME
The National Hockey League unveiled the innovative new uniform system, including the jerseys, that will be worn by the League’s All-Stars during 2015 NHL® All-Star Weekend in Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 23-25. Both All-Star team jersey designs are available for purchase starting today at shop.NHL.com, the NHL Powered by Reebok Store in New York City, Fox Sports Ohio Blue Line stores and select team retail locations.
The Columbus Blue Jackets® and city of Columbus will host the 2015 NHL All-Star festivities, Jan. 24-25, marking a first for the city and Club. The League’s midseason showcase will include the Honda NHL All-Star Skills Competition™ on Saturday, Jan. 24 (7 p.m. ET, NBCSN, CBC, TVA Sports) and the Honda NHL® All-Star Game on Sunday, Jan. 25 (5 p.m. ET, NBCSN, CBC, TVA Sports). Each NHL All-Star will be outfitted in a monochromatic uniform system from Reebok featuring the game’s most technologically advanced fabrics and cresting innovations. The jerseys feature a lightweight and emblematic chrome NHL shield and two stars on the crest that represent the two participating teams in the 2015 Honda NHL® All-Star Game.
Each All-Star team jersey will feature chrome and elite green accents with the designated home team wearing black and opposing team in white. The All-Star jerseys also will feature Reebok’s trademark Smoothfit numbering and lettering, and two shoulder patches in a tonal application – the player’s home team logo and the All-Star Game logo.
