The off season is in full swing but the hockey news is coming out fast and furious. Brad Burud and Blake Friars talk NHL Awards and summarize who they think deserved the hardware. Then its NHL Draft talk. Who were the top picks of this years draft? Then they dive into signings and trades, and how many more are coming in the near future. Then the debate starts. Luongo retires, and the Canucks get penalized for it..and then the Canucks draft and trades come into question. Are the Canucks headed in the right direction??? I guess time will tell.
Blake Friars brings the Canadian approach to the show. The Bienfait, Saskatchewan native grew up playing hockey for 16 years. The goalie is also a long-time Roberto Luongo fan, and claims the Vancouver Canucks as his favorite team. Blake brings the millennial approach to the show. He is candid in his approach, and creates numerous laughs.
