PREDATORS RIDE HOT LINE TO HOME WIN
The line of Craig Smith (2-1—3), Kevin Fiala (1-1—2) and Kyle Turris (0-2—2) combined for 3-4—7 to help the Predators (17-7-3, 37 points) improve to 11-2-1 at Bridgestone Arena and match the Rangers (11-5-2) for the League lead in home victories.

Since Turris was acquired by the Predators in a three-team trade with Ottawa and Colorado on Nov. 5, the line of Turris, Smith and Fiala has combined for 32 points in 12 games (13-19—32) – Nashville owns a 9-2-1 record in those contests.
Filip Forsberg, who scored his 14th goal of the season to extend his home point streak to 14 games, is the only player in the NHL to record at least one point in each of his team’s home games this season (11-9—20 in 14 GP).  Juuse Saros made a career-high 43 saves and five different skaters found the back of the net to propel the Predators to their third consecutive win.
