NHL fans can now vote for who they think belongs in the 2015 Honda NHL All-Star Game® on Sunday, Jan. 25 in Columbus (5pm ET, NBCSN, CBC, TVA Sports). Fans from all over the world can now cast online ballots at NHL.com/vote. Fans can use computers or mobile devices to cast their vote. Voting results will conclude on January 1, 2015.

 

Voters will be determining the top six vote-getters by position – three forwards, two defensemen and one goaltender – set to take part in the 2015 Honda NHL® All-Star Game. The full roster of players will be determined by the National Hockey League.

 

According to the NHL, this year’s ballot will include enhanced interactive features, all designed to simplify the player search options for fans, including filtering and sorting by real-time statistics, position, team and a player’s trending status. Each player ballot page will include video highlights, player statistics and social media content created by teams and players. Each fan can cast a maximum number of ballots cast per day of 10.

The NHL is proud that the NHL All-Star Game has always been a fan-first event, from the voting process to the fantasy draft to our NHL Fan Fair to the on-ice product,” said Brian Jennings, NHL Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “Opening the pool of players on the ballot will allow our fans to recognize those exceptional players that help make every game enjoyable.”

 

The vote leaderboard showing the top vote getters will be posted every Tuesday on NHL.com. The leaderboard will also show trending players. This will allow fans to track their favorite stars voting results.
